About The Position
My Sister's Attic Located in Desert Village at Pinnacle Peak, North Scottsdale, Arizona is looking for a Part Time and Full Time Sales Associate. Our Purpose: We curate in-demand luxury apparel, accessories, and home goods, giving each piece a second life, with a legacy of expertise that customers and consignors trust. Position Summary: The Sales Associate / Showroom Floor Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while actively supporting the merchandising and physical setup of the showroom floor. This is a dual role position combining consultative sales with hands-on furniture and home furnishings movement.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable, team-oriented, and energetic
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have reliable transportation; occasional travel to other Eco Chic Consignments locations may be required.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in home furnishings, interior design, or luxury resale a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable manner
- Guide customers through the showroom and provide product information
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support consignor intake and item tagging as needed
- Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and visual standards
- Assist in the placement, relocation, and staging of furniture and home furnishings on the showroom floor
- Collaborate with team members on team lifts for large or heavy items
- Rearrange displays to reflect new inventory, seasonal changes, or sales directives
- Follow all safety protocols when moving merchandise
