About The Position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor creates a memorable shopping experience for customers and advises them on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nail products. Cosmoprof provides product knowledge and training. The role includes building customer relationships, recommending products, supporting promotions and loyalty enrollment, completing transactions, arranging merchandise, and maintaining a professional store environment. Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
