About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand and help deliver excellent customer experiences. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS through exceptional service, engaging merchandise presentations, and operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate builds customer relationships and a client base, drives personal sales, follows store procedures and policies, and supports store management with health and safety practices. The position also cultivates community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities. Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
