About The Position

The Sales Associate is responsible to assist customers throughout the retail store. The primary function of the Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service. This may include greeting customers in the store, cashier responsibilities, answering product related questions, product assembly, general housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

Experience with KCX cash register system is a plus.
Ability to handle customer transactions accurately.
Ability to handle customer returns.
Ability to answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately.
Ability to assist in receiving freight and organize incoming products.
Ability to stock and face merchandise on shelves.
Ability to price store merchandise and make price changes.
Ability to greet customers and assist with customer service questions.
Ability to perform housekeeping duties.
Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves
