About The Position

The Sales Associate provides operational support to sales leadership and sellers across the Demand Partnerships team, helping keep revenue-related workflows moving when sellers are in meetings, traveling, attending events, or out of office. The position serves as a liaison between Sales and Traffic, Ad Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and systems teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution. Responsibilities include coordinating RFPs, IO creation and submission, Salesforce requests, campaign booking and activation, pacing reviews, legal and invoicing follow-ups, and travel and client logistics.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales support, operations, account coordination, or project management.
  • Familiarity with Excel and spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce or another CRM platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support sellers during travel, meetings, events, and out-of-office periods with IO creation, submission and translation, RFPs, Salesforce campaign submissions, and other urgent tasks.
  • Manage follow-ups, deadlines, approvals, and internal handoffs to keep sales activity moving.
  • Help ensure internal requests, new emails, and client requests are acknowledged and routed in a timely manner.
  • Review Salesforce accounts, opportunities, tasks, campaigns, addresses, points of contact, and seller ownership for accuracy and proper mapping.
  • Help maintain accurate campaign naming and account information.
  • Coordinate campaign booking and activation with Traffic Managers, Ad Operations, and activation teams across managed-service and programmatic business.
  • Review pacing, targeting, site lists, channel lists, and KPIs, and help flag delivery or performance concerns.
  • Gather information and track follow-ups for agreement reviews and agreement outlines.
  • Assist with invoicing questions, follow-ups, credit notes, and other billing-related requests in partnership with Account Management and Finance.
  • Support local event planning, client outings, restaurant and venue research, and business trip coordination.
  • Assist with schedules, logistics, and other administrative needs for sales leadership and client-facing activities.
