About The Position
The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants is now hiring a Sales Associate for our Marketplace in West Knoxville! Located next to Chesapeake's on Parkside Drive, the Copper Cellar Marketplace is a specialty food market offering quality products, exceptional hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who truly enjoys connecting with people - the type of person who never meets a stranger, loves helping others, and brings positive energy to the team every day.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys talking with people and making guests feel welcome
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a good sense of humor and strong work ethic
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
- Assist guests by answering questions and sharing product knowledge
- Maintain and stock displays and food cases to keep the marketplace fresh and inviting
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Support daily marketplace operations and help keep the store running smoothly
- Work alongside a fun, team-oriented group focused on creating a great guest experience
