About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role helps customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training where permitted by state law; and educates customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains customer and patient records, communicates order status, handles incoming calls, keeps the store clean and visually merchandised, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.

Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
