About The Position

The Sales Associate helps customers select and purchase tile and related products. The role involves providing professional, courteous service, developing customer relationships, following up with customers, educating them about products and their installation and use, and keeping them updated on store orders. Associates are expected to track individual sales goals and present themselves professionally. Expected first-year earnings are $45,000 to $75,000, using a draw plus commission payment structure.
