Collars & Co. is seeking dynamic Sales Associates for their Chicago boutique. The role involves acting as a brand ambassador, creating authentic client relationships through thoughtful selling, product storytelling, and genuine hospitality. The Sales Associate will drive customer satisfaction and brand connections in a fast-paced environment, balancing tasks and priorities while maintaining a professional presence. Key responsibilities include supporting daily sales initiatives, engaging clients to drive conversion and loyalty, and maintaining visual and operational standards. Collaboration with leadership and teammates to foster a positive, service-driven culture is essential. This role may include opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties. As part of the Leap platform, there may be opportunities to support other brands within the portfolio. Comfort with retail technology such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong advantage.
