About The Position

Riser Fitness is a multi-unit developer of the Club Pilates franchise system, with over 80 locations. The Sales Associate works at a Pilates studio in a fun, high-energy, service-focused environment, interacting with members and prospective members and helping them on their fitness journeys. The role supports the General Manager (GM) in achieving studio sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service, primarily through sales and customer relations. This is a part-time position offering $17 per hour plus commission on sales. There is an opportunity for growth within the studios, including additional sales and management positions.

Requirements

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
Attend special events and trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

Execute the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
Meet and exceed sales goals established by the General Manager.
Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
Know the studio's products, programs, and pricing.
Emphasize and enforce the studio's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
Book quality appointments to achieve the monthly sales quota.
Participate in grassroots and community events, such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events, to promote the studio.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Develop selling skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
