The role includes connecting customers with products and participating in merchandising and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Be resourceful and eager to start a new venture; able to work independently and contribute to team dynamics.
• Adapt quickly as priorities change and feel comfortable with technology.
• Be able to talk, hear, use hands to press, handle, and feel, and distinguish colors.
• Frequently maintain a stationary position, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Frequently use computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment and POS, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Create a seamless and fun in-store experience by greeting and connecting customers with products.
• Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
