About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Primark, you’ll help customers find sizes and styles, make purchases, and process returns while providing an excellent in-store experience. You’ll maintain the shop floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom; process transactions and customer queries at the till; and receive, unpack, check, price, and move deliveries to the shop floor while maintaining Primark’s standards. The listed shifts are 10 AM–4 PM, 5 PM–10 PM, and 6 PM–11 PM. This is a seasonal, part-time role. The starting base hourly rate is $16.25, with pay based on the candidate’s geographic region. The posting also describes $0.50 pay increases at six and 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an excellent experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain a well-presented shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom tidy and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly, efficient service at till points, including processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check deliveries; move products to the shop floor; ensure products are correctly priced and meet company standards.
