About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet locations, an online store, and a mobile app.

The Sales Associate at the Florida Mall store provides customers with a great in-store shopping experience and helps with other store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role includes keeping store areas clean and organized, following safety policies, supporting product launches, delivering customer service, processing transactions, resolving customer issues, and promoting credit and loyalty programs.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of relevant experience (with 0–2 years listed), proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers, availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, and the ability to meet physical requirements. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.

• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate the matter, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
