Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and sunglasses.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commission-based sales.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Experience in the eyewear industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve targets through exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert advice on sunglass selection based on customer needs and style.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising.
