Requirements

Demonstrated ability in Sales and a commitment to excellent Customer Service.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communications skills for effective customer and team interaction.
Proficiency in Cash Handling and operating a Cash Register or Point Of Sale system.
Working knowledge of General Mathematics for accurate transaction processing.
Ability to perform Lifting Ability of up to 25 pounds.
Detail Oriented approach to tasks and maintaining store standards.
Organizational Skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace.
English Language proficiency for clear communication.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Problem Solving skills to address customer needs and operational challenges.

Contribute to Loss Prevention efforts by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support overall store Operations.
Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on Problem Solving.
