Sales Associate, Part Time - Grand Central
About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” This role is crucial to achieving that purpose by providing exceptional customer service and being the primary point of contact for every customer. Sales Associates will receive training to assist clients with styling and fit advice, as well as tailoring and custom product sales. A natural inclination towards exceptional service means prioritizing the customer, offering a warm welcome, and consistently representing the CT Brand. The role also encompasses general store operations, including restocking, managing shipments, and operating the register.
Requirements
- Confident Sales Associate who can connect with customers
- Ability to deliver excellence in customer experience
- Ability to offer advice on current trends relevant to clientele
- Interest in menswear
- Work authorization to work in person within the United States
