About The Position

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand and its season’s styles while providing guests with knowledgeable, professional service. The role helps create a welcoming, relaxed store environment, supports the store’s sales and service goals, and shares product information and recommendations with guests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of guest and sales experience.
• A proactive, get-things-done mindset.
• Ability to collaborate, identify opportunities, and take initiative.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently; bend, stoop, or kneel frequently; climb ladders occasionally; and stand routinely for shifts of up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and help them locate or obtain merchandise based on their needs and preferences.
• Learn and share current product knowledge, provide prompt recommendations and professional service, offer fit and fashion advice, and suggest complementary items.
• Communicate the brand direction and inform guests about current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Participate in store-related meetings and work toward sales and service performance goals set by store management.
• Perform other duties as required to support the business.
