About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a primary customer service representative through in-person and phone interactions. The role focuses on selling memberships and upselling services and gift cards, with hourly pay plus commission and sales-challenge bonuses. The position is in person and offers part-time or full-time work with day and evening shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekend availability. Candidates must be available to work weekends consistently and holidays when the spa is open.

• Answer phones and book appointments.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Use POS systems and various software to complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
