About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness Grandview is hiring for our front-of-house Sales Associate role. You’ll be the first impression—greeting everyone who walks in, leading studio tours, introducing the OTF concept, and helping convert interest into memberships. This role is ideal for individuals who love talking to people, bring great energy, and want to be part of a team that’s changing lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you’re positive, driven, and ready to help others take their first step into fitness, this role is for you.

Requirements

Passionate about fitness and helping people
Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with anyone
Motivated by goals and excited by sales + service
Reliable, organized, and strong at follow-through
A clear communicator—face-to-face, on the phone, and in writing

Responsibilities

Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence
Manage the front desk: answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, accurately check in clients, and handle member transactions
Work hand-in-hand with coaches to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
Sell memberships and help the studio thrive
Follow up consistently with prospective clients via calls/text/email - estimate 20+ outbound calls, 40+ texts per shift.
Dedicate time and attention to coworker communication and business promotion roll outs
Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution
Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members (“intros”)
Participate in marketing and outreach events
Help keep all areas of the studio clean, organized, and ready for an excellent experience
