About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing and credential requirements. The store is closed on Sundays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
