Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time

About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in choosing eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary based on state licensing and credential requirements. Stores are closed on Sundays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
