About The Position
As a Sales Associate at Sandro, you’ll deliver an exceptional client experience by building customer relationships, creating personalized styling experiences, and sharing your passion and expertise in fashion. You’ll help clients select wardrobe items, foster an inviting and inclusive shopping environment, and inspire confidence and self-expression through style. You’ll also contribute to daily store operations, including maintaining visual standards, replenishing stock, and keeping the store organized. Working with colleagues, you’ll support an efficient sales floor and help create a dynamic, engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fashion-forward environment.
- Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Team-oriented, positive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
