We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team. The ideal candidate has sales experience and enjoys working with people. Requirements

Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Strong written and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Automotive sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist dealership customers, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle suited to their needs.
Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on goals and objectives defined by the sales manager.
Explain product performance, applications, benefits, and available optional equipment to prospective customers.
Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time use and planning.
Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures to obtain proper identification before test drives.
