About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. The Sales Associate joins the Express team at the Northpark store and provides customers with a great in-store shopping experience while supporting store operations, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.

The role includes maintaining clean, organized, safe, and inviting sales-floor, checkout, fitting-room, and stockroom areas; following company safety policies and procedures; and supporting product-launch changes according to company standard operating procedures. Sales Associates deliver the customer experience model, process transactions accurately and efficiently, resolve or escalate service issues while keeping Store Management informed, and encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by the supervisor.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of relevant experience (with the posting listing 0–2 years), proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers, and availability that meets company criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours. The role also requires meeting physical requirements. Previous retail experience is preferred. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of experience.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Assist with additional store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
