About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you will help create a customer-centered environment reflecting the brand’s culture of hospitality. You will build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance and operations through goal accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and maintaining brand standards. The position is regular and part-time at Store 5424-The Avenue Murfreesboro in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
