About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate to serve as a Brand Ambassador and create memorable, enjoyable experiences for customers. The associate represents Cotton On’s values and supports its aim to make a positive impact on communities. The role keeps the store fresh and inviting through merchandising and replenishment, and works collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and celebrate successes. This temporary seasonal position runs through Sunday, January 10, 2027. In California, it is a part-time, hourly-paid position at $16.90 per hour.

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Ability to collaborate with a team to drive results.
• Knowledge of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
