About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for the Macy's Shop at Bay Plaza. The role serves as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and presenting HUGO BOSS merchandise while helping execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate uses effective communication and problem-solving skills, builds customer relationships and a client base, and supports store management in implementing operating and health and safety procedures. The position also helps cultivate community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.

Requirements

Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.
Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and an engaging shopping experience that positively represents HUGO BOSS.
Showcase the brand through exciting merchandise presentations.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Work with the merchant group and assist with general problem solving.
Execute standard operating procedures and follow company policies.
Cultivate community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist store management with implementing health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance.
Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
