About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, and sales-oriented Sales Associates to serve customers and support store operations. Associates use their sales and customer-service skills to understand customers’ needs, recommend appropriate ACE products and services, and build trust through effective communication, empathy, and active listening. The role may involve providing a range of financial services that vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill payment, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Associates work independently while taking accountability for overall store performance and collaborating with the team. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when needed. Work takes place in a secure, enclosed area. Scheduled shifts are typically eight hours and may occasionally be up to 12 hours; California-required meal and rest breaks are provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to understand ACE’s financial products and services.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, typically eight hours and occasionally up to 12 hours.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most markets.
