About The Position

Family Pathways Thrift Stores is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Sales Associates help turn community donations of gently used clothing and household goods into funding for Family Pathways’ social programs. The role supports multiple areas of the thrift store, including cashiering and customer service, receiving donations, sorting and pricing goods, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The work contributes to essential community services.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collect donations at the back door.
• Sort and price donated goods.
• Merchandise donated goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Work flexibly in both the front and back of the store.
