About The Position

J.Jill is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, results-driven part-time Sales Associate to build customer relationships and provide a welcoming, positive shopping experience. The role includes offering personalized service and styling advice, helping customers find products, and contributing to store sales goals. Associates develop knowledge of J.Jill merchandise, maintain store presentation and operations, and collaborate with teammates to support the store and community.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized service and styling advice.
• Help customers find suitable products and provide a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience while contributing to sales goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of J.Jill merchandise to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute floor sets.
• Participate in operational functions, including marketing, product processing and replenishment, markdowns and promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization.
• Work with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Address customer needs and concerns in a friendly, solution-oriented way.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store success.
