About The Position
Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, recommend eyewear tailored to customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and help achieve sales targets. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues and leadership to deliver strong customer service and maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment. They help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping people and creating great customer experiences is emphasized.
