About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for a Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Responsibilities

Delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.

Adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
Modeling established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Supporting and embodying a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns and counting change back to customers.
Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy and following established merchandising procedures and standards.
Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
Performing other duties as assigned.
