About The Position
The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny’s La Plaza Mall store guarantees a consistently high customer experience by following the company’s core values and service standards. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on customer engagement, sales, clienteling, and maintaining store standards. The associate also handles transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment, while helping protect store assets and inventory.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Outgoing, fun personality and a naturally competitive disposition.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Learn and use computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
- Protect store assets and inventory by following loss-prevention procedures and reporting violations to a supervisor.
- Build authentic relationships with customers through clienteling, with a focus on sales.
- Engage customers, support conversion, and capture customer phone numbers and email addresses to build a satisfied and loyal customer base.
- Perform other duties as required by store management.
