About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates engage with customers on the showroom floor, help them find products that meet their needs, and contribute to a positive sales environment. The role also involves cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, as well as clerical work such as creating and maintaining customer files. Training and tools are provided to help team members handle physical duties safely. The position pays $15.00 to $15.50 per hour and is eligible for performance-based incentive pay.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance using appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with a focus on shared goals.
Desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
High energy and ability to effectively perform all store functions.
Proper telephone etiquette.
Maintain a professional appearance.
