About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You help create a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing attentive service, building customer relationships, sharing product and service knowledge, and working toward sales and account goals. The role includes operating the POS system and maintaining a clean, visually appealing department. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop relationships with customers to grow your business.
- Use product knowledge and knowledge of store services to create a positive customer experience.
- Ring POS transactions and enter account information.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
