About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, engaging customer experience and help customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, offer tailored eyewear advice, and contribute to sales goals. Associates work with teammates and leadership to support a positive store environment, keep the store clean and organized, and create an inclusive, welcoming shopping experience. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals support continued learning and development.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating great experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
• Self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and seek opportunities to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.
