About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for customers while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes helping customers select eyewear, dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training as permitted by state law, and educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care. It also involves maintaining customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering phone calls, keeping the store clean and organized, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing or credential requirements. Monday–Thursday availability is required; stores are closed Sundays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Monday–Thursday availability is required.
• Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
