About The Position

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for Target Optical guests by combining product knowledge, experience, and a personable approach with guests’ needs and the company’s fashion brands. The role focuses on helping customers find eyewear that suits their needs and preferences, delivering quality service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The position is part-time.

• Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
