About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR Method. Our mission is to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced, with a focus on strength, consistency, and most of all—CHEER. Our Sales Associates are more than front desk staff. They're the first impression of our studios, the face of our brand, and an integral part of creating an exceptional member experience. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with our team long-term. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, sales, and building relationships while helping people fall in love with Pilates.

Requirements

  • Sales, hospitality, customer service, or boutique fitness experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Positive, coachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional, dependable, and punctual.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and studio software.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Early morning availability (approximately 5:40 AM start).
  • Evening availability.
  • Weekend availability.
  • A commitment to working consistently within those scheduling needs.
  • Seeking a long-term opportunity to grow with our studio.
  • Anticipate remaining in the area with the ability to maintain consistent availability.

Nice To Haves

  • Boutique fitness sales experience is highly valued but not required.
  • Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive studio growth by confidently guiding prospective members through the sales process.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospective members, and convert inquiries into memberships.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members through exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales goals, including memberships, retail, and studio initiatives.
  • Represent BODYBAR within the community through local events and partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate member accounts and communication within studio software.
  • Create an elevated studio experience by welcoming members before class and engaging with them afterward.
  • Support day-to-day studio operations to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
