About The Position
The Waterfront Rescue Mission, recognized in 2025 as one of the Best Christian Workplaces in the country, is hiring a positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented Sales Associate. Come join our Team at our location in Fort Walton Beach, FL! We have multiple openings available for a Sales Associates working 25 hours per week. If you have an outgoing personality and enjoy being around customers, then this job is for you! Our store hours are 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Saturday and closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities
- Cash Handling - register operations to process transactions and refunds.
- Ensure keying accuracy and accurate drawer reconciliation per Waterfront Rescue Mission policy.
- Customer Service - Follow customer service guidelines per Waterfront Rescue Mission policy.
- Store Recovery - Recover store or area at end of shift
- Perform all reasonable job duties as assigned by Store Management
