About The Position

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to work in its nationwide network of state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides provide guests with an immersive, elevated experience with Saatva’s mattress and bedding range, representing the brand through sophisticated service and expert product knowledge. They help customers understand mattresses, sleep, and sleep health so they can make informed decisions.

The role involves engaging with customers and team members during scheduled shifts, communicating product benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues. Sleep Guides deliver customer support by phone, live chat, and in person on the showroom floor. Compensation is $23 per hour.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills, with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Comfort using personal computers and related software, including navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; the company is willing to train the right candidate.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance during scheduled shifts.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic and complex issues by phone, live chat, and in person on the showroom floor.
• Work weekends and major retail holidays.
