About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and assists with additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role also includes maintaining safe and inviting store areas, supporting product launches, processing transactions, resolving customer issues, and promoting credit and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
