About The Position

Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut’s success, providing customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leaders to provide excellent service and contribute to a supportive store environment. They also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and promote inclusion and respect among customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Experience in retail or customer service.
