About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in choosing eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized and merchandise it to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing and credential requirements. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
