About The Position
Shoe Mill is looking for a part-time Sales Associate for our bright and beautiful, high traffic store at Washington Square Mall. This is an in-store position, dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience in a welcoming atmosphere. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable team and become an expert in footwear and foot health. You will be able to share your knowledge with customers to provide the best level of service possible.
Requirements
- Work experience involving cash handling, required

Responsibilities
- Store merchandising
- Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Inventory management
- Processing and reporting sales transactions
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.

- Initial training rate of $17.00 per hour
- Upon completion of training, employees convert to 10% commissions on their personal sales, with a guaranteed hourly rate. Performance based with no cap on earnings.
