About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds customer relationships, and drives sales in a high-volume retail environment. The role involves using selling skills and product knowledge to create a memorable customer experience, communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, and following sales and operational policies and procedures. Associates work collaboratively with the store team and contribute to business growth, visual and operational standards, and loss prevention. This is a seasonal, part-time sales role requiring open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
