Requirements

Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach as tasks require.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to remain flexible in the face of challenges.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and sales.
Gain product knowledge and participate in ongoing education regarding seasonal and new menu items.
Set up product displays, maintain cleanliness, and ensure aesthetic care of the store.
Maintain cleanliness standards in both front and back of the store, including wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, and washing trays and utensils.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Restock store items such as drinks, merchandise, utensils, and paper goods.
Organize and move delivered products to their designated areas.
Communicate any shift issues to the on-duty Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
Record pertinent information such as spoilage numbers, donation numbers, and daily cash deposits on appropriate spreadsheets at the end of the day (EOD).
Perform closing and EOD tasks, including preparation for the next day and handling pre-orders.
