About The Position

The Tile Shop is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to work in our Showroom. This role involves collaborating with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals to provide recommendations that meet space, style, and cost requirements. The goal is to build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations. Associates will educate customers on the installation and use of all products, understand and track individual sales goals, and monitor store orders, providing customers with product updates. Professional presentation and meeting sales expectations, both individually and as part of a team, are crucial. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
