About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you help create memorable consumer experiences during the busiest times of the year. You share product information and promotions, support store goals, and work with a passionate team. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow alongside teammates in a fast-paced retail environment. The position supports all store departments and activities, including point-of-sale operations, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Associates work with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies, represent the brand by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and initiatives, and follow HEYDUDE policies and compliance procedures.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model.
Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns and demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values.
Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
Represent the brand by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.
Follow HEYDUDE policies, including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
