Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and offering personalized eyewear and apparel solutions. You’ll connect with customers, recommend products suited to their needs and preferences, and help them elevate their performance. The role includes learning through hands-on training, collaborating with colleagues and leadership, and contributing to a clean, organized, and welcoming store. This is a seasonal/temporary position at the Brea Mall store. The stated pay range is $16.90–$20.68; a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
- Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
- Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
- Self-motivation, resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow.
